Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or claiming a booking.
• Don't attempt to scrape, automate, or overwhelm the platform. We rate-limit claims per user.

• Claiming a slot is a request to the business to hold that time for you. The business's own cancellation and no-show policy applies.
• You can cancel from "Your bookings" up until the appointment time. Chronic no-shows may lose booking privileges.

• Every claim and cancellation requires an explicit confirmation step in which you type a confirmation word and click a confirmation button. One-click claiming or cancelling is not possible.
• When you confirm, we permanently record the exact UTC and local time, your account and contact details, your IP address, your device and browser, the appointment exactly as it stood, and the fact that you completed the confirmation step. You receive a unique confirmation ID.
• These records are append-only: neither you, the business, nor support staff can edit or delete them.
• You are responsible for showing up or cancelling properly. Because the system records your confirmation, a later assertion that you did not claim or cancel an appointment will not be accepted.
• You can review your own history at any time under "Your bookings"; the business can review actions taken on its own openings.

• Only post openings you can actually honor.
• Contact information customers share when booking is for that appointment only — do not repurpose it for marketing without separate consent.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that any specific opening will be available or that a booking will be honored by the business.
