These terms describe how customers and businesses may use Wait List Open. This page is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.
Using the service
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or claiming a booking.
- Don't attempt to scrape, automate, or overwhelm the platform. We rate-limit claims per user.
Bookings
- Claiming a slot is a request to the business to hold that time for you. The business's own cancellation and no-show policy applies.
- You can cancel from "Your bookings" up until the appointment time. Chronic no-shows may lose booking privileges.
For businesses
- Only post openings you can actually honor.
- Contact information customers share when booking is for that appointment only — do not repurpose it for marketing without separate consent.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that any specific opening will be available or that a booking will be honored by the business.
